Our St Lucian Purple Sea Moss is a wildcrafted, organic and raw sea vegetable, traditionally harvested by local women sea moss farmers in Saint Lucia. Naturally grown and sun-dried in the Caribbean, it offers a simple, mineral-rich addition to your daily routine with a naturally neutral taste and aroma.

Traditional Uses: Traditionally enjoyed as a nourishing whole food and incorporated into everyday wellness routines. Sea moss can be prepared into a smooth gel and added to smoothies, drinks or food.

Suggested Use: Soak thoroughly in fresh filtered or bottled water, rinse well and blend with fresh water until the desired gel consistency is reached. Refrigerate and use within 2–3 weeks.

Preparation: Soak for 12–48 hours, rinse thoroughly, then blend with fresh water. Store the prepared gel in the refrigerator.
