Thyme and oregano bring the unmistakable fragrance of the Mediterranean herb garden, while mullein, calendula and liquorice each have their own fascinating histories within traditional botanical practice.

Finished with wild forest honey, the preparation celebrates the traditional craft of combining and extracting plants through the changing seasons.
